The vision our client had was to re-invent the concept of artificial landscaping. The scale of this property demanded wide sweeping uses of available foliage in texture, shapes and forms in new mass applications. The overall scope included thousands of faux Bamboo, hundreds of Boxwood Hedging, over 60 Juniper Topiary Balls along with extensive artificial vinning material for three unique pool decks. The Resorts main entrance and focal point, its Porte Cochere, had a nearly underground feel and look. Architects created multiple groves of hundreds of artificial bamboo with artificial boxwood hedging accenting over 1,000 linear feet of inline planters. Over 6,000 pieces of Polyblend were installed on many of the buildings structural elements including roofs of cabanas, columns and open walls.
